Dixon's Story
Dixon grew up in middle Georgia and mostly dreamed of becoming a professional musician. It was not until he was in college at UGA that he was bitten by the movement bug and decided to take a different path. As a child his father had instilled a deep curiosity with a simple sentence "Remember, always ask yourself "Why?". He found diving deep into his own physiology and kinesthetics as the ultimate engineering challenge.

He moved to the Washington DC area and set out to make a career out of the passion he had found and began training clients at a rock climbing gym. Climbing served as a canvas for him to model his understanding of human movement in practice with a set problem (the rock face or wall) against variable solutions (the climbers body type and unique restrictions).
Outside of training, Dixon enjoy’s spending time with his fiancee Jen and their many pets. He’s often found learning new skills and disciplines to better appreciate the many wonders of life. He loves finding new ways to challenge his body and mind to keep meeting every day with a fiery passion.
